Some loves run their course like water in a puddle with no escape stagnate.

You can hold on when he says it’s over. He’ll tell you it’s him, a lie. It’s not you either, it’s just time.

So let go, move on, be friends.

Accept it’s something you can’t force when love’s run its course.
