Actions and Words
His vacation pictures fill his feed:
sister, brother, dog,
laughing hugging
the falls, the beach, the boardwalk
the beer, the dinners, the evenings,
the days, excursions,
the absence
of her as if she’d become
invisible.

But she’s still there somewhere firmly tucked away out of sight but not out of mind 🙂 Loved this piece for its simplicity and ‘realness.’
I love your optimism, Dahlia! 🙂
Yes, the idea seemed simple and the way to go, but I may revisit at some point and write it a different way.
Oh a grand idea – I hope you will!
Thanks. I tend to do that until I’m completely satisfied that the “story” is told the way/form I’d like.
A thought-provoking piece, Sascha. Maybe that’s what ghosts are, leftovers in other people’s minds. Really like the artwork, BTW.
Thanks, Steve. As you know I have you to (blame) thank for the artwork. 🙂
Interesting idea of ghosts being leftovers…hmm.
Well you’re really flying with the artwork. I don’t recommend taking any of my ideas seriously. 🐒
Oops. Now you tell me.
