Thanks to RIVRVLOGR who shared the link for the magnetic poetry site and may have provided me with a new addiction. π (Maybe he’ll also share how he downloaded his and put it on a lovely picture.) You may (or may not, heh) be surprised that this is my first magnetic poetry poem.

Here’s the link if you want to play and create.
It can be fun, the many directions you can take with the magnets.
I edit the screen cap with GIMP. I select the white background, then invert to select the word tiles. I copy that and paste it into on a transparent background when I want to save it as a png file so the background is transparent on my page background. Other times, I’ll paste those word tiles onto a photo as I did with my most recent one and save the result as a jpg.
Nice! Thank you so much for sharing that. It’s like having another toy to play with. π
Are those the original tiles, or what you came up with in response? I went to check it out to see if I could participate, but I can’t figure it out. sigh, it’s been one of those days! lol
I think there was a link that say play magnetic poetry and then a new tab opens that let’s you choose the type of poem. The words appear on the right and you drag the ones you want over. You can add more words as well. If you still can’t figure it out, let me know and I’ll check for details tomorrow.
Thank you so much, Sascha. I’ll go back and give it another try see what happens and if it doesn’t work, I’ll drop you a line. Greatly appreciated π
