This isn’t a flash fiction market as the total word count would be at a minimum 2000 words, but it sounds like a fun and interesting challenge for those of you who like to write from prompts.

Owl Canyon Press Short Story Hackathon

This opportunity is for all of you who like to write stories from a prompt, except this is slightly different.

The short story should consist of 50 paragraphs, the first and last will be provided. There is no maximum word count but each paragraph must consist of 40 words. Best of all, there’s no entry fee.

I think I may even try this one.

The deadline is September 30, 2019.
