“Snicker” was written for dVerse where De Jackson asked us to write a quadrille using the word “nick.” Of course, I went overboard and nicked as many nicks as I could. 😉

Nick’s wife snatched him
from being nicked
by me? Nickering Nelly,
I protested, yearning only
to remain Nick-less.
I treasure talking, philosophizing.
If I had a nickel
For every misconception,
