I find that my relationship with music is ever-evolving. First off, I refuse to be someone who believes that good music isn’t always around. You just have to listen and listen widely. It’s there….just listen.

As I’ve mentioned often, I love streaming services like Pandora because they widen my listening. Now, I’m not a huge Tom Petty fan but I’ve loved some of his songs, probably like a lot of casual Petty listeners. In the past week, “Square One” came into my world. When I find a song that’s over 10 years old, I’m always like: how in the world have I missed this song until now? And then I play it almost on repeat. “Alexa, play that song again.” 🙂
