Wildflowers
Swaying in the breeze teased by the sun you’ll see me in a meadow splashes of color earth spun wispy serrated leaves wildflowers dancing between trees Queen Anne’s lace adorned in tiny bees pungent in the heat bee balm’s minty fragrance hummers fluttering around blooms flagrant the Oswego tea of past when this land gave and received I am the wildflowers, natives, indifferent to domestication in a gust of wind, fulfilling my future fruitfully.
This is so eloquently beautiful … you took me there 🙂
