Blog Party: Meet & Greet 8/29/20 πŸΎπŸŽˆπŸŽ‚πŸ΅πŸŽ‰

It’s time to party! This weekend we’re having our third blog party, come on and join us! Parteee! 😊🧑

Background: When I first started blogging, a number of veteran bloggers held meet & greets at least once a month. It was a way to network, for new bloggers to meet other bloggers who would become friends, and for all of us to learn new things and find new blogs. Both of the bloggers that I followed have since moved to vlogging or other ventures. They are missed and not just because of the party time.

Party: All that you have to do is grab food and drink and then:

  • leave a link in the comments to one of your favorite posts on your blog or to your last post
  • reblog this introduction post
  • try to visit one or two other blogs–thus, the meet & greet–but no one will be upset if you visit more! πŸ˜†

Thanks for visiting and enjoy yourself.

Let’s get this party started!

  1. Hey Sascha!

Thanks for hosting a MEET & GREET.
I am Melody. I have been blogging on WordPress for two years. My site is called Caramel (Learner At Love). I started off writing little posts about mundane stuff and personal things. I read lots of posts from other bloggers though and gradually started having a go at fiction. I have written three novels, one poetry book and have just finished a fourth novel soon to be on Amazon with the rest. WordPress has been a great place to grow as a writer.

I love the other bloggers I have come into contact with. Last year three of us bloggers hosted THE GREAT BLOGGERS’ BAKE-OFF. We are doing it again this year! These two posts are to invite other bloggers to get involved. We can’t wait!!

      1. I thought I had one on my website. I’ll check on that. Thanks for the heads up! Meanwhile, I believe you can still follow me from within the WordPress app.

      2. Yay. I do most of my WP on my laptop, except for when I’m reading other blogs so I was going to find you later on the app. But this will probably make it easier for people to follow you regardless of what they’re using. πŸ™‚
