Mark is set in an English town, written in the first person. This short story follows a local policeman who is helpful and likes to stick to the rules. However, there is more to him than meets the eye. He soon finds himself caught up with the investigation of unsolved murders.

I enjoyed this short read. I especially like how the main character talks to the reader throughout the book. There is a twist at the end which wasn’t expected.  Henry wrote in some strong characters who were easy to visualise.

I would recommend this book if you wanted a quick thriller.

I give Mark 4 stars

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
